Users must provide accurate, current and genuine information when creating or updating an account.
Where a student is a minor, use of the Platform and purchases made through it should be carried out with the involvement or authorization of the student's parent or lawful guardian where required.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary for account verification, payment processing, platform security or compliance purposes.

- Users should not disclose their password or provide unauthorized access to their account.
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented or used by another person without authorization.

- Users should promptly contact Smart Skill Institute if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
5 Student Accounts and Learning
Students may use the Platform to browse available courses, access eligible free lessons, purchase courses and access learning content associated with their account.

Teachers must have the necessary rights, licences or permissions for any text, images, video, audio, documents or other materials included in their courses.
Smart Skill Institute may review, request changes to, approve, reject, temporarily disable or remove teacher-submitted content where reasonably necessary for quality, safety, legal compliance or enforcement of Platform policies.
7 Teacher-Created Content
Teachers remain responsible for ensuring that the content they upload does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights belonging to another person or organization.
By submitting content for publication on the Platform, the teacher authorizes Smart Skill Institute to host, store, process, display and make that content available through the Platform as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the relevant course and Platform services.

Payments may be processed using authorized third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI services or other payment service providers.
A payment will be treated as successfully completed after the Platform receives appropriate payment confirmation.
11 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Smart Skill Institute Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable at the time of the transaction.

Certain eligible courses or learning activities may provide certificates or other records of completion where that feature is expressly offered.
Certificate eligibility may depend on the applicable course requirements, assessments, completion criteria or other conditions communicated for that course.
A Platform certificate should not be represented as a government, university, statutory or professional qualification unless it is expressly identified as such.
